Being in financial difficulty can result from many factors, such as injury or illness, change in employment status, relationship breakdowns, or family violence.

If you are having difficulty meeting your financial obligations to us, we may be able to assist you with Financial Hardship support.

We encourage you to tell us about your circumstances; so that we can work with you to assess your situation and the support options available.

Please let us know if you are experiencing financial hardship in relation to an insurance claim by completing the financial hardship support form.

What happens after you submit the form?

We will review your situation and our assistance options with the aim to be as responsive to your needs as possible.

Depending on your situation our assistance options could include:

  • Extension of due date for payment
  • Paying in instalments
  • Paying a reduced lump sum
  • Postponing one or more instalments
